The Sweetwater is a delicious, easy-drinking whisky – the perfect introduction to our non-peated range, and the perfect gift if you’re not sure what they like!

Made from New Zealand malt, we mill and mash on Waiheke Island. It was then double distilled on Waiheke Island in copper pot stills and aged for five years in French oak white wine casks which have been shaved, toasted and re-charred (STR). Then finished in ex-Bourbon casks.

Aroma: The Sweetwater presents a sweet bouquet of honey, orange peel, and vanilla.

Palate: Begins with notes of candied orange, apricot, and honey comb, leading to a dry, peppery finish with hints of lemon and pips. It’s not cloying and the influence of the French oak barrels provide a satisfying finish that leaves you wanting more.

Presented with an ABV of 41%, non-chill filtered and no added colour.
