Nose: Cocoa, dark chocolate, charred oak and burnt toffee, rum soaked raisins.
Palate: Sweet spice, cinnamon, stewed dark fruits, burnt toffee, maple syrup, caramel and shaved almonds and fruit cake.
Finish: Long, lightly charred almonds, subtle cocoa and stewed dried fruits.
