The idea for this whisky came about when trying to figure out what style of whisky suits a
party/festival environment. The result is a light and vibrant single malt, that’s traditionally
Lark in style yet unique. It’s a fortified Muscat finish, that does not have a heavy mouth feel, due
to the filtration process we use during decantation. So, we’re left with a complex
and approachable dram, something that can be enjoyed with ease and good company.
