Sold out at the distillery. Fully matured in Yalumba’s The Octavius Shiraz barrels, these smaller barrels offer a more intense and richer flavoured whisky. It’s pure Starward, taking wine barrels and recoopering them in to Octaves. They call it “Australian heritage reinvented.”
