Nose: Bonfire, ripe apples and pears with toasted malt. Manuka honey and sea kelp, gentian, orchid and bluebells.
Palate: Light peat smoke and salted butter, stewed apples, toasted nuts with hints of candied ginger and creamy vanilla.
Finish: Long with clotted cream and toasted malt.
