Nose: Presents an aromatic amalgam of cinnamon apple, dark rye bread, peppermint and vanilla.
Taste: A medium dry, lighter bodied vanilla / almond pastry and subtle orange zest profile with a velour mouthfeel and moderate length.Â
Finsh a soft flurry of sweet spice and a subtle mint choc-chip cookie / white pepper fade. Well rounded and accessible, but the rye isn’t jumping out here.
