We crushed burnt cane from the 2023 Sweet Days, Hot Nights cane cutting competition in Home Hill, then fermented it with our signature yeast blend. Distilled and rested in a re-charred ex-bourbon barrel for two years, this Distillers Edition is initially only available to guests of this year’s Sweet Days, Hot Nights festival — a special memento to commemorate the spirit of the event.

$25.00 from each bottle will be donated to a charity of your choice.
