Bourbon barrels, virgin oak , Pedro Ximenéz Sherry and red wine casks.
Nose: Spiced fruit punch, with a touch of warming oak in the background. A few hints of zesty tropical fruit, too.
Palate: The Sherry cask-matured whisky really starts to take control on the palate, with milk chocolate and rain notes developing at its core. Lemon zest and shortbread.
Finish: A lengthy finish, boasting caramel and rye bread.
