The OAK is the first release in Bellarine’s flagship series of single malt whisky. It is celebration of the rich and complex characters that oak can impart to malt spirit during the aging process. Featuring double maturation that first occurs in red wine French Oak barrels sourced from regional Victoria followed by a second maturation in American oak bourbon barrels.’
Nose: Cinnamon, cherries, apple crumble and custard
Palate: Chewy Caramel Fudge & Raspberry Jellies
Finish: Melted Honey, Butter & Christmas Spice.
