This limited rare release single malt whisky is a marriage of three 100L refill Apera casks.
After four years in refilled cask the oak influence is light, refined and elegant allowing the spirit character to shine through. This character combines with the remaining hints of Apera to provide a full charcuterie of flavors.
Nose: Jamon Serrano, Beeswax, Plum Jam on Rye.
Palate: Orange Blossom Honey and Salted Roast Cashews.
Finish: Seared Figs, Maple Syrup, Waltnuts.
