Small batched and handcrafted on the Bellarine.

This gin has a rich & intense lemon flavor with a luscious oily mouth feel arising from the lemon scented Eucalyptus leaves and macadamia nuts. Coriander seed accentuates the citrus profile and cinnamon adds a touch of soft spice.

Best served simply with Fever tree Mediterranean tonic as a G & T or with Lillet Blanc as a martini.

This gin was originally a limited release to raise funds for Bear – the Koala detection dog , but due to overwhelming popularity we have added this gin to our permanent range.

A percentage of every bottle will continue to be donated to various charitable organizations.
